Welcome to The Retreat at River’s Edge — a peaceful and family-friendly riverfront cabin nestled near Baring, WA, just over 20 minutes from Stevens Pass. With 7 beds and space to comfortably sleep 12, this cozy getaway is ideal for families, friend groups, ski trips, or unplugged mountain retreats.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath cabin (with a 5th bedroom bunkhouse) features:
3 queen beds in beautifully appointed bedrooms
1 set of full-over-full bunk beds (perfect for kids or extra guests)
Detached bunkhouse with a full bed and its own 55 inch TV, desk, and very fast fiber Internet — great for a little extra privacy
Futon (Full size) in the living room with included bedding for flexible sleeping options
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, lightning fast fiber Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer for convenience. Outside, unwind in the private covered hot tub, gather around the stone fire pit, or stroll down to the river's edge for a peaceful escape into nature or some lawn games.

This place is the perfect stay for our family. It's right on the river which is really beautiful to walk down and admire. Our kids got in and swam but it was a little too chilly for me...lol. fire pit was really nice to sit around at night and of course we roasted marshmallows and had s'mores. John was an incredible host and was there to answer any questions I had.
