We had to chase the company managing the property, Feriepartner, for access details, as they did not send it 3 days before, as promised.The WiFi at the property was not working. Also, we were only given 2 x single sheets, when my daughter and I were staying in 2 double beds. I rang Feriepartner to complain. The person I spoke to kept saying we had only ordered 2 sets of bedding, but would not concede that single sheets do not fit double beds, they keep coming off. He was unable to sort the WiFi. This was the late afternoon of our arrival - he said he would consult with a colleague and call back the next day. He never contacted us again.The cleaner very kindly came round to try and sort out the WiFi problem,but neither of us could find the WiFi box. On the last day we discovered a small box that we had not not realised was the WiFi box that had been unplugged by the owner, as he was the last person staying there before us. We had no WiFi during the course of our stay and had to use our own data.I strongly feel it is unsatisfactory to manage a property in Denmark remotely from Germany. Feriepartner apparently had no way of contacting the host. I feel angry about the way our 2 complaints were handled when we rang on the first night and no one got back to us.
