The polished New York-style concrete floor complements the inviting atmosphere in all rooms except the tiled bathrooms and entrance area. The living room features comfortable upholstered and leather furniture accompanied by loose rugs. Two separate bedroom sections each come with newly furnished double beds and private bathrooms, equipped with underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchenette is well-equipped, making it ideal for shared vacations among friends or families. Additionally, guests have access to a communal pool area, boasting a swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 4 meters, with a water depth of 1.5 meters, heated by energy-efficient heat pumps. Please note that water consumption is not included in the rental price.
