Built at the turn from the 19th to 20th century, this home was meant to be a single family dwelling, but was almost instantaneously transformed into a boarding house. This house has old fashioned funk and charm. It will easily accommodate a large group without feeling cramped or crowded.
A shared outdoor space includes a grill, private backyard, outdoor seating and ample private parking.

Perfect location for access to the beach and town. The house was spacious and clean. There was no washer and dryer which was a problem for us since we were renting for 10 days. There needs to be more chairs in the dining room on the first floor.
