There is a separate kitchen with a cozy dining area, a fireplace, and a reading nook. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and coffee makers. Four bedrooms accommodate up to nine guests, with two bathrooms featuring shower niches. Amenities include a communal washing machine in the outbuilding, as well as free Wi-Fi via fiber connection. Heating is provided by an air-water heat pump and a fireplace. An obligatory final cleaning is required. Note: Rental to youth groups aged 15-25 is not permitted.
