This was a fantastic home for two families with 6 small children to share! Great fenced in backyard for the kids to run around in. The early check-in options were a life saver after driving all night. Would stay again for sure!!

Beautiful, clean, quiet home in a safe neighborhood. The Host was absolutely friendly & accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to come back to the area.

While the first impression was not good based on the garbage spilled onto the driveway, our stay overall was great!!! The host was very responsive! There was an electrical issue, and the microwave would not work. The host had a new microwave delivered early the next morning! Very impressive! The beds were comfortable, and the home was clean!!! We just didn’t have enough towels/washcloths, and the tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t work. The “arcade” room needed some attention- the game was outdated, and it would not stay plugged in. Again, our stay was still great primarily due to the host’s responsiveness, the comfort and cleanliness! 4.5

As advertised, property met the needs of myself and two friends traveling in for a music festival in Lake Wales. The house is comfortable, has a great backyard, amazing sunsets. Brian was a great host, inline with prior reviews.
