Your family and friends will enjoy overlooking a 22 acre field with mountains on the horizon. The maintained association path to the beautiful beach can be used all year for river beach access, tubing, kayaking in the summer and the winter for snowshoeing, or cross country ski adventures (ungroomed). Added bonuses: being minutes to North Conway Village and all Mount Washington Valley attractions/shops and an out of this world VIEW!
Wake up to the mountain view and finish the day with sunsets over the MTs. This home is exactly what is needed for a relaxing get away, with three spacious bedrooms, three baths and sleeping accommodations for six (suitable for eight, if you are traveling with children).
The lower level boasts a living area, full bath, washer/dryer, and a bedroom with two, split bunk beds.
The well appointed main level includes a living area with gas fireplace, dining area, full kitchen, screen porch with grill, deck, master bedroom with king bed and private 3/4 bath, as well as the third bedroom with queen bed, and a shared third bathroom.
The loft is where the adults can be found shooting pool, ping pong or playing Giant Monopoly, and making memories to last a lifetime! The house has a/c units throughout, WiFi, two flat screen TVs, and beautiful lodge style decor.
Private quiet neighborhood and the last house on the end of a cud a sac, with no thru traffic and private view facing the field and mountains.
Also just around the corner, is a landmark bakery, Leavitt's where you can pick up treats, or enjoy a breakfast across the street at banners.
The house provides beach chairs and a cart to wheel things down if needed.
You will have private access to the space and we are available if needed during your stay.

Must follow community regulation and be a good neighbor, no party homes.
Must follow check out procedures like stripping beds, taking trash to bin, putting dishing in dishwasher and washing pots and pans used.
We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed.
