About this apartment rental

Experience the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury in this stunning loft located right off State Street in the heart of downtown Bristol. This open-concept layout offers a spacious living area, a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two fully furnished bedrooms, and two luxury bathrooms.

Step outside and find yourself just moments away from local shops, restaurants, and live music venues. This loft captures the essence of city living in one of the region's most iconic downtowns - where Virginia meets Tennessee.

Other things to note...
1. There are a lot of stairs. This space is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues.
2. NO smoking, vaping, or chewing / dipping.
3. NO candles and please avoid cooking odors.

Please note my best buddy is a "purebred German Shedder". He accompanies me to the loft sometimes. While we make every effort to thoroughly clean the premises, I cannot promise there won't be a dog hair left behind.
