This home features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, open concept with cozy living room, and a dining area with a slider leading to the back deck—perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. There’s one bedroom on the main floor and three more upstairs, along with a second-floor den for relaxing after a day at the lake.
Enjoy streaming your favorite shows or family movie nights with the smart TVs, cable, DVD player, and board games. Stay cool with window and floor A/C units and fans throughout the home. WiFi is included for your convenience.
Guests are welcome to bring their boat, kayaks, or paddleboards—there’s parking for up to 4 vehicles (including trailers), a nearby public boat launch, and even a kayak and SUP at the beach rack for your use.
Please note: Linens and towels are not provided but can be rented through Break Away Rentals. No pets. Weekly minimum stay required. The basement level is occupied by homeowner Wed pm to Fri pm, and features a separate back entrance and parking.
