Welcome to Summer Breeze Villa, a sprawling 5-bedroom estate with all the makings of an epic family getaway! Enjoy endless summer in the home’s screened-in private pool area with poolside lounge chairs, shaded outdoor couches, grill, and dining space. Endless memories will be made here, and this is just the beginning.
The Space:
Indoor recreation can be split between several areas which collectively ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. The formal living space, with sectional couch and smart tv, is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it a great spot to hang out as a group. Upstairs, a secondary living space is perfect for movie nights with an additional smart tv and cozy seating. Head to the garage if you’re in the mood to get competitive over a game of pool with retro decor surrounding the table.
Whether you’re preparing snacks to enjoy by the pool, a quick lunch to take on the go, or a formal meal to share at the dining table, you’ll find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender are provided for your convenience.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35.00 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- 2 parking passes will be provided.
- Washer and dryer in unit for guest use.
- A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
- Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.
- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.
- In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity in the community.
- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
The property is in The Retreat at Champions Gate, a private community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Champions Gate are welcome to enjoy the onsite pool, hot tub, kids’ splash pad with waterslide, arcade, beach volleyball courts, fitness center, theater, and restaurant.
In case of hurricanes, general poor weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each community amenity
Outside of the resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot are all 30-35 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in about 45 minutes. If a fabulous round of golf is what you’re after, there are several golf courses within minutes of the resort. Shops, restaurants, and activities are also within easy reach.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.
For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. Overall, the stay was very nice. We had some light bulbs not working on the top floor, but that was rectified immediately.The 1 drawback was that the fridge did not dispense water and the freezer's ice making machine didn't work. This was reported to the managing agent on day 2 of our 18 day stay, but no rectification was done over the remaining 17 days, despite multiple reminders.

The house was more than enough room for all of us. Very clean! Pool was great! Lots of areas to sit outside. Would definitely come here again.

My biggest complaint would be some safety issues. The bailing on the steps was broken in two different spots, making this extremely dangerous for the two toddlers that we had.
I was also very disappointed with the supplies that was left in the home. You have a large enough home to accommodate 12 to 15 people however you have the smallest pots and pans and not enough silverware for 12 to 15 we had to go next-door and borrow large pots and pans and even a can opener.
I had asked prior to our stay about the pack and play however, when we got there, it was also broken and we had to purchase a new one for our trip.
On the last day, we had put our trash outside and because there’s so many people and only one can you have to set bags outside with no can because you only provide one can. Again for 12 to 15 people!
The carpet on the steps was nasty dirty, and the furniture did not appear very clean either.
With all this being said, we did enjoy the property. It just needs a few Updates and repairs to accommodate the amount of guest that can stay.
Highly highly highly recommend for you to fix the railing on the stairs!!!!
