Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 is Marvel-themed and includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, a desk, and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 is Frozen-themed and includes a full size bed, a twin size bed, a desk, and a smart TV.
This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• A $20 flat resort fee is included in the total rental cost.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 4 vehicles available, passes required. Visitor passes are limited to one (4) vehicle per unit. Tenant must pick up parking pass from front desk upon arrival to the condominium
• Portable crib, high chair, strollers, and baby gate available.
• Stairs required.
• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability
per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other
weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair

Fun, easy and clean. Had issue checking in and had to sit in car waiting to figure it out but staff was friendly and helpful to assist and figure out. Community center area was closed and pool out of service being repaired, we didn’t mind but I can see how some others may not have liked that if assuming from the photos that these amenities would be available. Would recommend for easy convenient stay in the area but double check if looking for a pool to use.
