In addition to the blender necessary for mixing refreshing margaritas, the well-equipped kitchen features sleek white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and cream cabinets fully stocked with cooking essentials. Visit the third-floor balcony for even more outdoor relaxation, complete with a high-top table for two, providing picturesque views of the pool and a tranquil pond.



When you’re ready to head back inside, the open-concept living room invites you to unwind with two cozy sofas and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Excellent Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity. The loft area offers a cozy spot for entertainment or quiet relaxation.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between five private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 (Main Level): King-size bed (28 inches high with open frame), smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a roll-in shower featuring a handheld showerhead. The shower is 35 inches wide and 51 inches deep. It has a pedestal sink and grab bars around the commode and in the shower.



Bedroom #2: King-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom #3: Two twin-size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom #4: King-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom #5: King-size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, step-in shower, and bathtub.



There are two additional half bathrooms. One is off the kitchen, and the other is on the lanai by the pool.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable

• Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment.

- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

• Lot parking available for three vehicles with a handicap parking spot right in front.

• Margaritaville has a no-logo policy for parking on-site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on-site.

• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities, commonly called "The Fins Up Club."



Accessibility Features:

• The front entrance is zero-step.

• A 2-foot portable ramp is located in the pantry to assist with the 3.5-inch step leading from the French doors to the lanai.

• A small shower bench and highchair is available as well.

• The living/dining room furniture is easily shifted as needed.

• The first-floor bedroom suite has doorways with a 32 inches clear passage space and a 28 inches high open-frame king bed.

• Stairs are required to access the other four bedrooms.
