The room was a little rundown. But the layout and space was nice. One thing people should know is there’s a flight of stairs that curve at the top without a hand rain on that small section. Communication and accommodation was superb.

The good: very clean, spacious property steps from the bus stop to NYC. Mahdi replied promptly and courteously to all questions. Comfortable beds and amazing showers. The not good: the apartment is on the second floor above a smoke shop. When we arrived, the apartment smelled very strongly of marijuana. That lessened during our stay, but the smell remained strong in the stairwell and at the front of the apartment. Also, there seems to be another short-term rental on the third floor. We could hear every step they took plus voices and music late into the night. Bring ear plugs! The parking is on the street, which is fine, but there are signs that say no overnight parking. Mahdi assured us this has never been a problem. Thankfully it wasn't for us, but we held our breath each morning until we saw our car without a ticket.
