One bedroom has 1 Queen bed, Second bedroom has 2 Twins and Living Room provides a sleep sofa, Queen. Tenant provides all linens for the bed and all towels. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows provided. Propane grill with propane provided. Two decks with outdoor furniture and a garden patio. Auto drip coffee maker.
Beach access, just across from the
Atlantic Ocean. Parking off street available for 3 vehicles.

The dinghy is a charming cottage just mere steps away from Seabrook beach. It had everything needed for a week away from a grill to all kitchen utensils. The house was very clean and updated. We had a great week and hoped to return next year.
