Relax and explore downtown Pismo Beach like a local in this completely renovated beach bungalow. Just a few steps to the sand and conveniently located in downtown Pismo Beach. The master bedroom has a brand-new, ultra-comfortable king bed, and a mounted Smart TV for your enjoyment. After a day at the beach, you only have to walk a few steps to enjoy a home cooked meal or head out for a night on the town. Perfect for families and couples alike; there is second sleeping area with a twin bed.
The couch can be converted into either a daybed or full-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for four people and the dining table provides seating for up to four as well. A washer and dryer combo are conveniently tucked away in the bedroom closet. There is no assigned parking; street parking only. This property allows pets with a pet-cleaning fee. ***Pets Considered with Nonrefundable Pet Cleaning Fee***

For me, the seating area was to small and uncomfortable. I'm 6'4, 290. I actually used my beach chairs instead of the small couch. Furthermore, the three bay windows should open to allow the ocean breeze in. The remodel on the cottage was beautiful, but not a good fit for myself. Why the owners didnt install double-bane windows like they did on the smaller windows is weird. Plus the traffic noise and sugar noise was a little much. While we enjoyed our stay we would not rent this unit again

We loved our stay here, it was exactly where we wanted to be and had the amenities we wanted! Easy to get to, parking was easy to find, and the check in/out process was relatively easy. Not to mention the absolute best view in Pismo! Only a couple of (extremely minor) details that would have made our stay more effortless and perfect than it already was: you do have to pick up your keys at the rental office vs keyless entry or lockbox on the property and we knew there would not be beach chairs or towels so we provided our own. The rental office is around the corner with super easy after hours pickup and we knew about the chairs/towels so we were prepared and it was absolutely no inconvenience to us. Thank you for a lovely stay, we will definitely be recommending you to others and will stay again!

A wonderful little cottage by the sea! Small but spacious, extremely clean, functional and oh so close to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the bathroom, great little kitchen for breakfasts or snacks, fireplace worked beautifully and TV was perfect, too. The only thing I’d like to see is a designated parking spot. We had no problems parking in front but usually had to wait for the crowds to leave (this is upon us leaving in the morning and returning in afternoon). On the day we spent tome at the beach we never used the car. Everything is right there...the Pier is awesome, and the vacation was enjoyed by adults and the (hard to please) teenager ;). Thank you!!

The house very very cute and comfortable (for 1-2 people, will get tight for more)- easy to get to. parking is a pain- the street is in high demand (and heavily traveled for cars and pedestrians) for the beach/pier access, so getting a spot is tricky, even in the off season. You'll likely end up walking 2-3 blocks, which isn't that big a deal, but good to know. watch Street signs from June to October, as the parking is time limited during those months. I had a little trouble getting the check in information- i t never arrived in my inbox, so had to do an after hours call once I arrived, but the process itself was easy enough once I had the info. The location is very walkable to tons of restaurants & bars once things are more open- but the street its on is mostly hotel/ motels so street noise can get kind of loud on the weekends. All said, I would stay again and the house was well renovated and clean.

Just a few steps away from the beach, the pier and shops and restaurants . We really enjoyed morning walks on the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. Had it mostly to ourselves apart from the early morning surfers. Due to the central location we were able to make trips to Avila Beach And Morrow Bay. Overall a great stay.

This cottage is steps from the beach and from restaurants and shops. You can see the Pismo Beach Pier from the cottage and that too is a short walk. The cottage has all you’ll need. There is a full kitchen. The property was in very good shape. Bring your beach chairs and beach towels and you’ll be all set!
