Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Quiet, newly remodeled, private guest quarters in backyard, open space next to wooded area with birds and wildlife. Attached carport. All one level. You might be welcomed by our friendly collie, Annie.
5 minutes from I 40 exit 148.
9 minutes from exit 143.
2 minutes to Duck River boat ramp.
10 minutes to Loretta Lynn Ranch.

This apartment has been completely remodeled with all new appliances.
Bedroom 1 is a bedroom/dining/ kitchen all in one. Bedroom 2 is bedroom/laundry/workspace combo.
Guest access
Attached lean-to along the upper side of the building is open for parking one vehicle under roof. Additional free parking in open area.
One end of this building is a garage/storage area used by the host but there should be no activity or noise during your stay.
There's also a shed just across the yard and you may occasionally see limited activity there but we try to respect your privacy.

Fit our needs perfectly. We were in town for work & best spot to relax after long days on our feet. We found everything very clean and such a quiet peaceful area.

This property is in a beautiful area. Close to a town that has everything that you may need, but still in the country. Property is beautifully maintained. Very comfortable beds and nice reclining sofa. Very nice everything, actually! Great hosts too!
