• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.

We’ll follow the cancellation policy outlined in your reservation. Please note that payment processing fees (2.99%) and additional service fees (~3%) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review the policy before making any changes.
