Our crib with a Newton breathable mattress fits perfectly in the primary walk-in closet—complete with its own air vent. Close the door and voilà: your baby or toddler has their very own cozy bedroom oasis. 🍼🌙💤 Upstairs, two spacious queen bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo- ideal for couples or friends. On the lower level, a fun bunk room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a rollaway single - great for kids or extra guests. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is conveniently located just outside the room.
Cook & Gather: Prepare your favorite meals in our brand-new kitchen, complete with all-new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, and eating utensils. We also provide coffee and Nespresso pods to keep you energized for the adventures ahead.
Dining: Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table, or grab a quick bite at the kitchen island with additional barstool seating. When the weather is right, take your meals outdoors - there's outdoor dining on the deck, perfect for enjoying fresh mountain air and beautiful views.
Relax in Comfort: Reclining couches in the living room offer the perfect spot to unwind, with a cozy fireplace and watching your favorite sporting team on the 65" Smart TV.
The Ultimate Hangout: The basement is the perfect space to relax and have fun, whether you're a kid or just a kid at heart. PETS: $50 Total Fee. You must select the number of pets when identifying the number of guests, as part of your reservation. Should you bring a dog that is not indicated on the reservation, a separate $25 fee will be applied. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome in our home, but not on our furniture. While outdoors, dogs must be on a leash per HOA rules. There is a small dog park near the resort, where you can bring them to run around and get their energy out.
Ample Parking & Winter Access: The driveway can accommodate up to six vehicles. Roads are well maintained in the winter, but because the home is on a steep hill, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months.
Nature Notice: Being in the mountains means sharing space with nature. We do perform regular pest control; however, you may encounter occasional insects and spiders.

Beautiful new house; immaculate condition. Kitchen was great for cooking. Comfortable bedrooms. Perfect for our group of four friends to spread out. Hangout spaces were super comfortable. Highly recommend this house. Excellent and communicative host. We will be back!

One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! The home was immaculate, spacious enough for our two families of 4 and two dogs to spread out and be comfortable and had as many amenities, if not more than our own home. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the home both days of our stay and had everything needed, including a full spice rack. The outdoor deck was amazing for enjoying morning coffee and sunset drinks with gorgeous mountain views. The kids absolutely loved the air hockey table and the 3 beds downstairs ensured we rarely heard from them :)Super close to Bryce Mountain and Lake Laura (5 mins).Icing on the for staying here were the very thoughtful and caring touches by the owner Michelle. I had mentioned it was my son’s birthday and she put up a sign for him in the living room upon our arrival. She was also extremely communicative and check-in/check-out procedures and directions for appliances/items in the home were readily available.Can’t recommend this home enough, would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
