We recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. While the host was extremely kind and welcoming by greeting us upon arrival and responding quickly when we raised concerns, there were several aspects of the stay that didn’t quite meet expectations.The air conditioning upstairs wasn’t working properly, which made it uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. The host did offer to send maintenance right away, which we appreciated.The oven had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, and although the host offered to have the cleaning crew come back, we chose not to use it since our stay was short. Overall, the property didn’t feel as clean as the photos suggested and we did notice bugs, especially in the bathroomThe beds were also not very comfortable, which affected sleep quality for everyone. While the hospitality from the host was excellent, the property itself could use some updates and more thorough cleaning to match the expectations set by the listing.
