The place was beautiful. No Internet 1st day. But host was very responsive & was fixed by am. No TV in one of the bedrooms. TV was there but no hookups. Cookware out dated. Some need replacing. But overall, wonderful!

The host was easily accessible when we had questions about accessing the amenities. I paid an additional fee for heating the pool and to use the Bbq grill. Before paying this fee, I confirmed that the pool and hot tub would be warmed on our arrival but it was cold. The temperature in Orlando was from the low 50’s to the high 70 during our stay and the pool and hot tub never reached above 80 degrees. I called the host to report the issue, and he had maintenance come to check. Nothing was fixed and said it was working properly. The heating unit next door showed their pool actually warming to high 80’s with steam coming up in the mornings. The hot tub also never got warm. I contacted the host again about this issue and nothing was done. I asked the host to refund my additional fees at the least since we were not able to use the pool/hot tub and nothing happened. This created a huge problem since we planned our whole trip around having a pool and hot tub on our property.
