Sitting in prime position on the beautiful shores of the Beelbi Creek, and only a 4-minute stroll to the local cafes and the Toogoom Boat ramp, this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is the perfect holiday home away from home.
Bring your favourite water sports toys and enjoy the waterway directly in front of the property with easy access from the nearby slipway or steps.
DOWNSTAIRS
This light filled, ceramic tiled, open plan living space offers stunning water views. The living area leads out onto the undercover alfresco dining with ample bench seating for all your guests plus a BBQ. It is here you can relax and watch the world drift by.
Kitchen
A well-equipped kitchen with ample storage, large pantry, island bench, glass cabinets, Whirlpool dishwasher, electric hotplates and oven. Coffee pod machine, electric frypan, microwave, sandwich toaster, slow cooker, jug & toaster, blender, rice cooker and handheld mixer. Everything you will need to prepare your favourite holiday mealtime treats.
Living
The spacious lounge and dining areas has a purpose-built custom-made timber TV unit and buffet with Smart TV. There is not one, but three comfy lounges for your night in watching your favourite shows or entertaining. There is also a large timber desk.

Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 – Each has a comfy queen bed plus a ceiling fan and built-in robes
Bedroom 5 - has double bunks plus a wall fan
The bedrooms have stunning Queensland Brush Box hardwood timber floors.

Green Bathroom - has a full-size bath, a vanity, plus a toilet
Pink Bathroom - has a shower & vanity basin
Powder Room - has a toilet with vanity basin

There is loads of storage with built-in timber cupboards extending down the length of the hallway.
Laundry – The laundry has a large Electrolux washer plus a dryer. There is also a drying rack plus an ironing board & iron. The laundry has plenty of storage for your stay.
UPSTAIRS
The upstairs has stunning Queensland Brush Box hardwood timber floors throughout.
The living area has a comfy lounge plus a 2nd TV. The living area flows out through double sliding doors onto the upstairs balcony.

Main bedroom 1 – spacious room with comfy queen bed and private ensuite. This room leads out onto the upstairs balcony. Enjoy water views and stunning sunsets while in bed.

A single garage is available with internal access.
