The apartment is located at Komandorska 46a, in the quiet and green Grabówek district. This location offers an excellent balance between proximity to city attractions and the peace and space expected from a more residential area of Gdynia.
The immediate surroundings of the apartment include charming, green spaces with access to numerous walking and recreational areas. Just 300 meters from the apartment lies the Tricity Landscape Park – a great spot for hiking, jogging, or relaxing walks through forests and gentle hills.
Approximately 500 meters away is the Gdynia Maritime University, making the location especially convenient for guests visiting the university, lecturers, or students attending short-term courses or conferences.
The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city. Within a 5-minute walk, there are several bus stops offering quick and easy access to Gdynia's city center, the main train station, the port, and other parts of the Tricity.
