⚡️Dominican Republic is a developing nation.power outages are not uncommon. We have backup power for the house. Please conserve while off the grid.
🧹Cleaning includes check-in/out. Additional cleaning available for a fee.
💧Initial drinking water will be provided. Refills are the guest’s responsibility. You may use the empty bottle(s) to exchange it at your preferred location (ranges RD$60-100 pesos).
🎥 We have cameras in exterior area (pool, garden, entrance).

To maintain our home's cleanliness for all guests, please note that while standard cleaning is included in your stay, excessive pet-related messes requiring additional cleaning will incur a fee of US$100.
