Welcome to the cozy apartment James Ensor Zee, located in a prime location in Oostduinkerke with a breathtaking view of the dunes and the sea. The residence is located in the Groenendijk area, within walking distance of Kite Surf Club Windekind. As soon as you cross the street, you're right in the dunes and on the beach – pure enjoyment!

The comfortable living room with open kitchen and spacious dining table is the heart of the apartment. Thanks to the large windows, you enjoy lots of natural light and a blissful view here. Spending hours in this space, dreaming away at the sea and the dunes, is pure enjoyment here. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary amenities to prepare your own delicious meals, ideal for a relaxing stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms. A very spacious double bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space and a convenient desk & a second bedroom with bunk beds, perfect for children.

The bathroom has a single sink and a shower. For extra comfort, there is a separate toilet.

In short, this is the ideal place for a relaxing stay overlooking the sea, suitable for up to 4 people.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation.
