About this chalet rental

Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 40 m² apartment for rent, located in Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse, in the heart of the mountains and close to the ski resorts. Ideal for four people, it comprises a 10 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, and a shared 100 m² terrace. Wifi included, all that's missing is you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 10 m² living room with sofa, armchair, dining area with bench and equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, hob...
- Shower room and WC

Floor:
A mezzanine with a sleeping area divided into two parts: a double bed (140×190), and two single beds (90×190).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.

Exterior:
- A 100 m² south-facing terrace shared by the residence, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The property is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-de-Chartreuse (1,350 m), in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are just ten minutes away.

Activities :
- La Stass' 4-season ski resort about 1 min (220 m) away on foot
- St Hugues Les Egaux downhill ski resort approx. 15 min (8.7 km) by car
- Le Planolet ski resort approx. 11 min (4 km) by car
- Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, trails, paragliding...)
- Grande Chartreuse Museum approx. 14 min (7.8 km) by car

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation (50 m).
