The experience was great! Check- in went a breeze .The house was clean loved the tall ceiling and decor.the home also had chalk walls to write on so loved that and it was different didn’t have a problem with staff if I needed something.Walmart not far from the location all in all will love to go back.

Booking and check-in went smooth. I received plenty of communication leading up to our stay, and accessing the property was a breeze. Location was close enough to Atlanta Motor Speedway (EchoPark) for us. Street/neighborhood was quiet and kept up. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the property. The home has been very "lived" in. It was dusty, had handprints on walls, dust and grime on the blinds and baseboards etc. The home smelled dusty and like pets (listing mentions pets are allowed - I missed that part so that's on me). I will say the linens on the beds, and towels were clean so that was refreshing. I think the cleanliness issue is a product being a large property and having a lackluster cleaning routine. Let's be real, if you were to hire a cleaning company to come in and really clean a home of that size after every guest, it would kill the profit margin. What's most likely happening is a person or two are coming in, swapping linens and towels, touching up the bathrooms and kitchen, and tidying up a little. One other issue is that the listing mentioned a half bath that I assume was downstairs - unfortunately it was locked. With a family of 6, we like to get places with 3 bathrooms so that was a bummer.
