We had four adults (two couples) that stayed four nights at Jon’s home, and it was exactly as pictured online. Jon was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions we had. We were also pleasantly surprised with the basket of snacks and bottled water in the refrigerator that was waiting for us. The bathroom on the first floor is small, but since we just had one couple sleeping downstairs and using that bathroom, it wasn’t an issue but could be more difficult if you had two couples using the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. The hot tub on the back patio was enjoyable after a day of sightseeing.The house is in an older area of town, but we felt safe the whole time we were staying there and had no issues. This location is close to the ABQ BioParks and Old Town, as well as having easy access to the downtown and highway to get to all the other tourist sites.

The home was lovely. Clean and quiet ( except NYE!) and comfy beds. There was easy access to old town and ABQ bio. Communication with the hostess was good
