This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.
However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary
Our awesome pool cleaners will stop by every Friday—keep an ear out for their knock so they can work their magic and keep the pool sparkling! 😊
- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest`s stay and will be sent to you with your check in message.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- Please be sure to take your trash to the dumpster before you leave.

This is our second year in a row going to this beautiful house. It's very homie and you have everything that you will need such as pots, pans, towels, sheets etc... The host and maintenance man respond real quick to messages. Location is perfect, we were a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was with the pool heater, it was really unfourtunate that we weren't able to use it since it was one of the main reasons we booked the home again. Check-in is simple and wifi worked great. Overall, is a great experience.
