Welcome to Swiss Stables — a private, gated 20-acre equestrian property located just minutes from the World Equestrian Center.
Zermatt Lodge is one of four private residences on the property and has become a favorite among WEC competitors seeking peaceful comfort close to the ring. Here, you’re close enough to feel the energy of the Grand Arena — yet tucked away in complete tranquility.
Designed for riders, trainers, owners, and families competing at WEC, this three-bedroom, two-bath home offers space, privacy, and the practical comforts that matter during show season.
The Space
After long days at WEC, Zermatt offers:
In-home laundry (essential during competition weeks)
A fully equipped kitchen for flexible meal schedules
Private gated access for added peace of mind
Easy trailer parking upon request
Quiet surroundings for early mornings and late classes
The home features an open living area, decorative fireplace, restyled kitchen, and thoughtfully arranged bedrooms designed for real-life horse show schedules.
Swiss Stables offers four private residences across the property, making it ideal for extended families, trainers, or barn groups who want proximity while maintaining privacy.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary suite with luxurious king bed and spa-style en suite bath featuring a soaking garden tub and separate shower
Second bedroom with a queen bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds
All sleeping areas are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure restful sleep before early morning classes or after late nights at the Grand Arena.
A second full bathroom includes a combined tub and shower.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
Electric range, refrigerator, and dishwasher
Coffee maker with starter coffee
Pots, pans, knives, blender, toaster
Mixing bowls and measuring tools
