Just steps away from supermarkets, restaurants, and shops on Huntington Drive, it’s the perfect place to stay near the city. This fully renovated, fully furnished, tastefully designed home features a back unit (Unit B) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a cozy living room with a 65'' TV for your enjoyment
The space
When you enter our home, you'll find yourself in a cozy living room with 2 sofas, poufs, and a 65'' flat-screen TV. The full kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances including a stove, dishwasher, and microwave, offers plenty of counter space, a bar area with stools, and a dining table for 4 people.
There are 2 parking spots right in front of the house and a laundry area next to the second bathroom. There is also ample street parking.
The space is surrounded by a wonderful community and is close to many shopping and dining options. Best of all, our home is available for rent on a month-to-month basis, so you can enjoy Southern California living all year round.

- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
