Our modern house comfortably accommodates 6 people. Each room is air-conditioned for optimal comfort. The apartment located on the second floor has a 24-hour security team on site, video surveillance ,video intercom and two elevator .Quiet and prestigious area near grocery stores, shopping centers, bars restaurants and beaches.
Travelers have access to the property, swimming pool and gym. Electricity is the responsibility of the customer through a prepaid system.
Notre appartement moderne accueille confortablement 6 personnes. Chaque chambre est climatisée pour un confort optimal. L'appartement situé au deuxième étage dispose d'une équipe de sécurité 24h / 24 sur place, d'une vidéo surveillance, d'un interphone vidéo et de deux ascenseurs. Quartier calme et prestigieux à proximité des épiceries, des centres commerciaux, des bars, des restaurants et des plages.
Les voyageurs ont accès à la propriété, à la piscine et à la salle de sport. L'électricité est à la charge du client grâce à un système prépayé.

**Guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the
unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors

**Extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may be applied**
3. Remove Shoes When Inside Home
4. No Changing of Locks
5. Follow health Canada Rules
6. No Illegal Substances
**If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of
any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE
ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY**
7. Furniture is Not to Be Re-Arranged
8. Additional Cleaning is an Extra Charge
9. No Pets
