Additionally, the kitchen offers convenient access to an outdoor grill, making it easy to indulge in a delightful barbeque experience.
The bedrooms in our home are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Each room is tastefully furnished and exudes a serene ambiance, providing a peaceful haven for a restful night's sleep. With ample space and storage, you can make yourself at home during your stay.

Our home promises a symphony of modern amenities and comforts to ensure your stay is unforgettable. Immerse yourself in the seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, where every corner welcomes you to experience serenity and refinement. After a day of exploration, retreat to the lavishly designed bedrooms, each offering a sanctuary of tranquility and privacy.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

This home was a perfect location for our large group golf trip. Comfortably slept 13 people and offers many areas for entertainment! Also centrally located and easily walkable to Old Town restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommended!

The home was wonderful, more spacious than the pictures show. Beds and seating were very comfortable to allow us to have large and small group interactions. A few minor issues, coffee beans, but no coffee grinder. Not enough hand towels, though I know I could have requested more and the mgmt company would have delivered. Spa was a bit murky, but useable. We had a wonderful time with all 11 of us in the home. We laughed, played games, enjoyed the pool/spa, etc. Very close to downtown, easy to walk back and forth. The weather was great for it. Thank you.

First time renting with House and Homes and we were blown away. From the booking process to the minute we checked out they went well above any other rental experience we’ve been on. The property was impeccable and there were so many extra little things that made our stay so wonderful. They kept checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything and responded right away. I would book over and over with them while traveling to Scottsdale.
