A spacious bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, underfloor heating, and a washing machine adds convenience. Additionally, a separate annex with a double bed provides a retreat for teenagers. Please note that the attic is not accessible. Communal areas may include pathways leading to the terrace, which is conveniently accessible from the living room.
