About this house rental
The Renueva Country House in Buendía is a charming old cottage in the center of the beautiful village of Buendía, which has been renovated to provide the utmost comfort.
The house has two stories. On the first floor, you’ll find the living-dining room with a sofa and an extendable table that seats a total of 6 people. There’s also a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first, with a balcony overlooking the small square and offering mountain views, has a double bed, a sofa, and a desk with a chair, so you can read, study, or work.
The other bedroom at the back has two 90 beds (which can be converted into a 180 bed) and a very spacious sofa bed. It also has a desk with a chair and a small, very elegant open walk-in closet.
The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a washer-dryer.
A rustic-style home with modern comforts and amenities. It features extra thermal insulation in the walls and ceilings, as well as PVC windows with double-pane thermal-control glass. All of this, combined with the lovely and cozy pellet stove, gives the home a B energy efficiency rating, making it very comfortable in winter and cool in summer—the fans installed in the rooms are sufficient for cooling.
You can enjoy free TV and Wi-Fi, relax with a book, meditate, study, or play one of the available board games.
Of course, we highly recommend taking a stroll through Buendía, going on excursions to the reservoirs, and exploring the famous “Ruta de las Caras.”
