The Space:
Welcome to Desert Palms!
This renovated home is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. Walk through the front doors to the brand-new red pool table in the center of the living area. With a dining room that seats 8, you have the perfect table to enjoy home-cooked meals.
Step into the kitchen with LG appliances and dual ovens. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals on. Double-door fridge with a pull-out freezer drawer on the bottom. A dual drip and Kcup coffee maker to start your day with a cup of coffee. 8 barstools are situated around the large Formica kitchen island. This kitchen is fully stocked with the essential kitchen utensils for your stay. The den, in the same open floor plan as the kitchen, offers a large sectional to lounge around and watch your favorite sports games with friends. A Frigidaire washer and dryer are on site in this property, with a half bathroom located off of the laundry room.
Backyard: This large backyard has plenty of seating and a pool with a water feature. There's a grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool.
Master Bedroom: This King bed ensuite features a wall-mounted Smart LG TV, private access to the backyard, and a newly renovated walk-in shower with dual shower heads. His and her sinks and a stool located at the vanity make getting ready in the mornings a breeze—a private toilet room.
Bed 2: Queen bedroom with two nightstands and a closet.
Bed 3: Large King bedroom with Samsung Smart TV, two nightstands, and a closet.
Bed 4: A Full and twin bedroom makes this room perfect for kids. There is a private TV in this bedroom with a dresser to store your belongings in.
There is a full bathroom located in the hallway that the three bedrooms share. The bathroom features a his and hers sink and a shower/tub combo with dual shower heads.
Pool and Spa heat is optional and will be an additional charge of $100 per day, charged for the entire duration of the stay. The spa is not complementarily heated.
Upon booking, we require all our guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is both for our security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply would mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management will review and assess each reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 if necessary. The security deposit will be fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents that the renter is liable for.

Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering with security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Q. How far is the home from Old Town?
A. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.
Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.

Excellent property! Great pool and hot tub! Excellent communication with the property manager. Had an issue with heating the hot tub but with timely communication, it was resolved quickly.

We started with a few challenges, no water in the hot tub, no natural gas to the house. We worked closely with our contacts and the service engineers who arrived the next day, were attentive and caring. We had daily communications regarding hot tub issue (a big deal for us) and once they believed us worked to resolve them. The house is lovely and clean but the outside tables really needed attention. We cleaned despite no supplies to do so. Our contact worked hard for us and I appreciate it.

The neighborhood was great. Super safe and beautiful to go for walks in. The house is very spacious and was great for two families. The beds were comfortable. If the weather was warmer we probably would have spent more time in the backyard, as this is the best part of the house (minus the traffic you can here from it). Lots of seating and tables. Everywhere around Scottsdale and Phoenix is about 15-30mins away and lots of stores within a mile. Property management company checked in multiple times during the stay, which we found helpful.
