The living room features plenty of comfortable seating centered around a 70” Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The main home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full bath with 3 bedrooms having private, ensuite bathrooms.

Private Casita
Our home also includes a beautifully designed private casita, perfect for guests who want additional space and privacy while still being connected. With its own living area, kitchenette, master suite, pool table, outdoor seating and direct access to the backyard pool area, the casita offers a comfortable retreat within the property.
Inside, the casita features soaring ceilings and a bright open layout with a stylish living room, Smart TV, and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day exploring Scottsdale. The casita also includes a indoor/outdoor bar for friendly games and entertainment, making it a great hangout spot for the group.
The master suite provides an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and closet.
Upstairs, the two queen loft beds provides a cozy sleeping area while still maintaining the airy feel of the open space, complete with individual smart TV's.
An additional pullout couch is available in the living room.

As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
