* Queen-size loft bed (accessed by steps)
* A bright, open living space
* Fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker
* Airy décor inspired by Matlacha`s tropical wildlife and artistic flair
Enjoy full access to the property`s waterfront amenities, including:
* Oversized dock (accommodates boats up to 28 ft)
* Kayaks and relaxing dockside fishing
* Six guest parking spots
* Peaceful sunrise views and glowing Matlacha sunsets
* Direct boating access to the world-famous fishing grounds and mangrove waterways of the Gulf of Mexico
