. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS
• Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. If you are unsure about any activity, please contact us before proceeding.
2. QUIET HOURS
• This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum. Any reports of noise disturbances will result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking.
3. PARKING
• Overnight street parking is limited to the space directly in front of the property. Vehicles blocking neighboring driveways will be towed at the guest’s expense. Please utilize the driveway, and refrain from parking on the grass at any time.
4. SMOKING POLICY
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. A $500 fee will be charged if smoking odors are detected inside the home. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.
5. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Only the number of guests listed on your reservation is permitted to stay. Additional, unapproved guests are not allowed. Exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 guests without prior approval from the host will result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
6. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT
• Early check-in and late checkout requests must be communicated and approved by the host prior to your stay.
7. CLEANING POLICY
• The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only. Additional fees of $350 may apply for:
• Permanent stains on furniture, floors, or walls
• Cleaning of bio-hazardous materials
8. DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
• Charges for damages or missing items will vary depending on the extent of the loss or damage.
9. LOST OR LEFT ITEMS
• We are not responsible for any personal items left behind by guests.
