This is a charming older home that’s been converted into a triplex. Please keep in mind that sound can travel a bit more easily between units than in modern construction. The apartment was a great base camp for our travels in the upper pennisula. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. I do agree with another review about the bathtub being slippery when taking a shower. We bought a bath mat which helped tremendously.

Very nice place. Perfect for what I needed. Place was clean, and everything was new and functioning. Two suggestions: 1) Oil door to bathroom. Squeeks, and I was conscious of that/did not want to disturb upstairs occupants. 2) Put non-slip decals on tub bottom. Angle toward drain is more severe than usual, and it can get pretty slick standing on soap.
