Downstairs, guests can enjoy a private home cinema and an indulgent wellness area including an infrared sauna, steam bath, and cold plunge. The house also includes underfloor heating on both the ground floor and basement level, and is powered by an efficient air-to-water heat pump. Outdoors, the home is equally impressive with multiple terraces, a rooftop deck, an outdoor shower, and a firepit for evenings under the stars. Guests will also find a washer and dryer in the utility room, as well as garden furniture, a barbecue area, an outdoor kitchen, and a spa tub. With direct access to the scenic dunes and one of Denmark’s best beaches, this high-end holiday home offers an unforgettable escape by the sea—all in a peaceful, non-smoking environment.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
