rustic comfort, while the amenities ensure you have everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Outside, meander through lush landscaping and enjoy peaceful moments taking in the beauty of the hillside setting. The entire space is surrounded by multiple streams, a waterfall, and a number of acres to enjoy. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee tucked into a cozy corner or stargazing under the clear night sky, Hobbits Rest promises an unforgettable experience filled with magic, tranquility, and a touch of wonder.

Please do note that there are a couple of other homes on this property. One of them (Chateau de Prugna) is a fantastic lakeside home that may be rented as well and sleeps up to 9 people.
When in town, the caretakers stay from time to time to work on landscaping, maintenance, and property oversight, but will always respect your space and privacy.
Our pet-friendly policy means that you can bring your furry friend along for the adventure, with a $50.00 pet fee (maximum of 1 pet). Please note that failure to adhere to our house rules as they pertain to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund.

The Hobbit House comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults with a cozy King bed.
