Kitchen & Dining: Fully updated kitchen with adjacent dining area.
Home Office: Large eastern-facing window provides natural light for work.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + TV
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (convertible to a queen with provided bedding) + TV
Outdoors: Private space with seating and propane grill
GUEST ACCESS
Full private use of the bungalow. Garage, basement, and one owner’s closet remain locked.
Entrance is at the back of the house, leading into the laundry room; four steps up into the kitchen, then a single-level layout.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Pet Policy: One dog (max 25 lbs). Must be reported; $100 per pet per stay.

Starter Package: 3 rolls of toilet paper + 1 roll of paper towels provided.
Grill: Propane grill available; guests provide propane.
Extended Stays: Stays of 28+ nights may require a signed rental agreement and ID verification.
