Fabulous location, 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to Moorings or Park Shore Beach. This 3 bedroom plus office, 3.5 bath Turnkey-Furnished home with over 2,200 square feet of living space and 2 car garage is a perfect place to call home. Built in 2019, nicely furnished and decorated, features high ceilings throughout. Very open floor plan with plenty of space to entertain in the family room off the kitchen. Large, fenced backyard. NO POOL. Desirable neighborhood is centrally located close to Naples beaches, exquisite shopping and dining
