• All TVs are streaming ready

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental
• This rental is located on the first floor
• There are about 5 steps down to enter the property
• Free parking available for up to 3 vehicles
• 4 exterior security cameras (facing outward for safety)
• You must be 21 years or older to rent this property

• Air Conditioning: The HVAC units are serviced regularly and function properly; however, rooms with large windows and skylights may not cool as low as other spaces in the home, particularly during peak summer heat.
• Rural Location: Being in a beautiful rural lake community means that the area is quiet and surrounded by nature. At times, power outages can occur due to weather or utility work. These are typically resolved by the local power company within a reasonable timeframe, but they are outside of our control.
