Lazy Spur is a stylish two-queen suite at Gaines Ranch on the Square, our newly built modern-Western property located directly on historic Wimberley Square. It’s an easy fit for two couples, friends, or a small family who want a comfortable stay in the heart of downtown.
Sleep comfortably in two plush queen beds with luxury Comphy linens, soft pillows, and quality bedding. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, towels, toiletries, and clean modern finishes.
The suite also includes a coffee station, mini-refrigerator, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and individual AC/heat.
Built in 2025, Lazy Spur combines fresh modern-Western design with the convenience of being right on the Square. This is a second-floor suite and is accessed by stairs.
Step outside and walk to Wimberley’s coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, art galleries, live music, Market Days, and downtown events. Free on-site parking is included, so you can park once and explore on foot.
Blue Hole Regional Park, Jacob’s Well, wineries, wedding venues, and scenic Hill Country drives are nearby for day trips beyond downtown.

All amenities were in walking distance even the areas we drove too were a short drive. We brought our adult daughter on this trip and it was nice to walk to many shops, sit by the creek and enjoy the outside areas over drinks. Many restaurants offer farm to
Table meals which is a bonus for my food allergies.
The room was very stylish and comfortable
For three adults. Coffee bar was offered a variety and the beds were cozy cozy for my very tall family.

We love this place! Only regret is we wish we would have had more time. Everything, every detail is perfection. The absolute best location! We will always check availability here first when returning to the area. Thank you for providing such a beautiful and thoughtful accommodation in the heart of my favorite Texas town.
