About this villa rental
In Playa de Pals, the 180 m² villa Playa de Pals is conveniently located close to the beach and with a fully enclosed garden with private parking for 3 cars. The 2-storey villa consists of a living room, a very complete kitchen (dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob) 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an extra toilet and can accommodate 10 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi (capable of video calls), air conditioning (available throughout the villa), satellite TV, washing machine and dryer. Children are allowed and a baby cot and high chair are also available on request.
Your private outdoor space consists of a garden with a pool (open all year round), terrace and outdoor shower, 3 open terraces, two covered terraces, barbecue and various furniture.
The villa is only 2 to 5 minutes (344 m to 1.16 km) drive from restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The scenic Platja del Raco Beach is just a 250-metre walk or drive away. Girona-Costa Brava Airport is a 55-minute (58.1 km) drive from the villa.
Free parking is available on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden.
Groups of young people are not allowed.

Pros: The house and the pool were great. It is in a busy area but we had privacy given the gated off nature of the property. The location was convenient for walking to the beach and stores, restaurants etc.
Cons: I didn't realize that the 4 bedrooms of the lower floor were not connected to the main floor with kitchen/dining and other bedroom. Made it a little odd feeling because our children were essentially sleeping in a different building from us. I'm not sure it was described that way in the listing, but that could have been a little more clear. The parking was a little tight for multiple cars.

Pros: What a great family house. We couldnot have had a better holiday. The wonderful pool, amazing kitchen, see view terrace, airconditioned rooms. Just amazing. Great house for families, also with small children, just be aware of the many stairs.
