I am here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. Just call or message me if you need anything.
You can check in upon arrival.
- If you have a pet, please contact us before booking. There is a $100 fee per pet per stay.
- If you need anything that is not listed, feel free to reach out. We are confident we can accommodate your needs! :)
- Do not place trash bags or any other waste in the outdoor courtyard.
- It is necessary to mention at the time of booking if you are coming with a pet, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I`m cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :)
- If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.
- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.
- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.

Positive- The place was clean and in a good location. Pet friendly. That’s one of the reasons i booked this place. Negative- The bed was broken and I was sinking into the side of it. I didn’t realize until a few nights when I actually inspected the bottom and discovered the support board wasn’t attached on one side. I asked for a discount given that the bed wasn’t intact but never received a response. A proper bed should be a basic requirement and that was not provided. For the same amount of money I could have booked a reputable hotel. If you want to book here make sure you ask if the bed has been repaired or replaced. They have a no refund policy so you’ll lose out if you have to leave.
