Private house by the sea among pine trees in a very quiet village with family houses. Below the house there is a possibility of mooring boats, private parking and a landscaped garden.
The house has four apartments, one on the ground floor for four people with a large terrace and sea view, one on the first floor for 3 people and sea view and two on the second floor for 3 people with a balcony and sea view. A barbecue is also available next to the house.
The apartments for 3 people Kamelia, Lavanda and Magnolia consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette with all appliances, and a large living room with a dining room from which there is a view of the sea and an exit to the balcony. The living room also has two single beds. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment for four people Gardenia has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a third bed and both have a view of the terrace and the sea, a kitchen with a dining room and all appliances and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartments also have satellite television.
In the immediate vicinity of the settlement, just 5 minutes on foot (200m), there is the Poljana campsite with a restaurant, shop and children's play area (swings, slides). The campsite also has a trailer for launching boats into the sea and a slipway.
Below the house is a promenade and a bike path along the Augusta Bay, which is famous for fishing with a rod.
