Comprisses in the ground floor in different ambient rooms, lobby, lounge, dining room, kitchen, with exit to the outdoor where the grass garden with a swimming pool, 1 double bedroom and bathroom.
In the upper floor three rooms all with a terrace two bathrooms en-suite.It has garage for two cars, central heating (extra price).
Equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, wifi internet and TV sat.
Outside private pool and garden, hammocks, barbecue and garden furniture.
The environment is residential but just a few minutes away you will find everything you need. Port Adriano is 900mts away and has many shops, restaurants and a beach with fine sand and crystal clear water, near the port you can also visit the Santa Ponça golf courses.From Santa Ponça you can take a boat trip to visit the Dragonera Island, also in Santa Ponsa, on Saturdays you will find the typical weekly market.

Large spacious villa with plenty of shaded areas. Lovely master suite, good air con. Kitchen slightly jaded could do with a refresh.
Welcome manual much needed as no info left for WiFi, taxi, area in general. Villa planet responded quickly and resolved any issues effectively but info in Villa would be better.
Gardeners came during the day which was disappointing as felt this should be done in-between change overs.
Small number of areas that could do with replacing - door handle, shower screen but nothing that ruins your stay.

The villa was far better than it looked on the pictures and very modern.
The host was also very helpful and was quick to sort any issues we had.
I’d recommend this property to friends!!
