    Great hotel. 1 block from entrance to mall (go through bus terminal across street). Wifi great, clean room, rain forest shower...loved that. Girls at the desk are super. Bakery on main floor and spa next door. Tons of restaurants nearby. I really can't complain about anything....price was very fair.

    Location is great. This is a good deal. There is a nearby 7-11 and right across is the Ayala Mall/ Metro.

    The shower does not give hot water. The toilet did not flush. I paid for a room with city view. But was moved to a room with no view because of faulty toilet. Could not adjust aircon tmperature. No tv. Not beside light. Could not get hot water in shower. Could not adjust water temperature
